Kai Studio is a 6,000 sq. ft. venue and provides the perfect, unique backdrop for corporate events and product launches, to birthday parties, weddings and cocktail receptions. The space is an open floor plan with a mezzanine level and has soaring 30 foot ceilings that lends itself to any décor. It can accommodate 150 seated guests or 350 guests for a cocktail reception.

The loft is located on the second floor and consists of a large party room that has 13 ft. tall ceilings and an outdoor roof-top deck. The space can accommodate 100 people seated, and 140 people standing.
