We are an off-premise, custom-to-the-client caterer, operating out of a 6,000 square foot cooking and production facility in Island Park, NY.
Our women-led business is overseen by Lauren Klein, Jamie Antin, Lauren Antin and their spouses Randy Klein, David Antin and Dan Antin. This management team brings many years of varied experience to the table, not only in restaurant management and catering, but also in education/training, sales, marketing, finance, and corporate leadership.
Since 1976, TBLS has proudly offered the highest level of full-service hospitality to discerning social, corporate and non-profit clientele throughout the Tri-State Area, including the East End of Long Island.
Our operating team includes Director of Catering Eric Rodriguez, Executive Chef Franklin Diaz, and Sales Manager KC Currie. These highly trained hospitality specialists offer our clients unparalleled attentiveness, a flair for inventive cuisine, and flawless event execution.
We know there is an art to party planning and knowing how to balance creativity with practical skill to create an affair that is a reflection of our client. Whether we are preparing a simple delivery, a corporate gathering, or an elegant gala, we strive to provide service and cuisine that exceeds expectation.
