Pop Fizz Clink!

Pop Fizz Clink!

When the bustle of the holidays wind down, there’s one more night to gather with your nearest and dearest friends and family, New Year’s Eve. It’s time to add some glitter and sparkle to your existing holiday decorations, stock the fridge with bubbly, and plan your New Years Eve menu, to make the night a memorable one.

New Year’s Eve is one of those special nights we love to get dressed up, decorate with sparkle and eat delicious food. There’s no better night for a special New Years Eve catered house party. Let Paul Evan’s Catering provide the good eats, and you provide the good peeps. 😉

Wow your New Years Eve party guests with some yummy one-bite nibbles and hors-d’oeuvres… Think, pop-in-your-mouth and continue dancing type of snacks. Easy finger food and appetizers are the way to your guests’ heart.

Try a Roasted Shrimp Cocktail, Gorgonzola Artichoke Dip, or Stuffed Mushrooms.

Mix it up from your recent holiday parties and add a New Year’s twist, instead of bacon wrapped scallops, try apples on horseback, with aged cheddar cheese and pancetta.

Take a spin on a traditional entree and turn it into an easy-to-eat appetizer, try a crispy risotto cake, top it with local honey and a sprinkle of truffle salt.

Of course, no New Year’s Eve celebration is complete without a little something sweet. Carry the holiday spirit through the new year with a dried cranberry and chocolate dipped coconut macaroon. Try some fruits and berries, and garnish with sprigs of rosemary and thyme and a dollop of whipped cream.

Finally, add a signature cocktail to your New Years  event. Try a Rosemary Gin Fizz, with gin, soda water, homemade cranberry simple syrup, a handful of fresh cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary to finish it off.

Set this New Year’s Eve apart from the rest, and make it a night to remember.

You invite the loved ones, and leave the catering to Paul Evan’s.
