The Bates House is nestled within the Frank Melville Park. It’s interior has a foyer, terrace room, Jennie Melville ballroom, a full kitchen area and outdoor stone patio. The largest room is 52’x34’ including an 8’x20’ stage area. Totaling over 2,400 sq.ft.
The house can accommodate 163 people indoors. It is the perfect location for parties, weddings, conferences, and reunions.
